Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to product availability.

If the items are already available in stock, shipping will occur within 10 business days from the order confirmation.
If the items need to be ordered or produced, shipping may take up to 30 working days.

Customers may also request express shipping at any time for an additional cost of CHF 17.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 100.
For orders below CHF 100, the standard shipping cost is CHF 8.
Shipping costs for France, Italy, Spain and Liechtenstein are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Right of Withdrawal

Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, including for customers in the EU and Liechtenstein, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. As an additional benefit, we extend this return period to 30 days from the date you physically receive the goods. For customers in Switzerland, this 30-day return period is offered as a contractual policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may send a written notice by email to info@suisseglisse.com.

Returned items must:

Be in original condition and unused
Have the original tags attached
Be returned with the original packaging

Returns should be sent to: Suisseglisse, Via Castèl 12, 6926 Montagnola, Switzerland.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

The refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the original order. Any additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer, such as express shipping, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Legal Guarantee

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity or other applicable statutory warranty rights under the law applicable to the sale. For customers in the European Union and Liechtenstein, consumer goods are generally covered by a legal guarantee of 24 months from delivery. Customers in Switzerland are also protected by the applicable statutory warranty rules, including the statutory limitation period for warranty claims under Swiss law. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact our customer service to initiate the process.
